Leaders checklist from Sam Mak.

Arrival Times

The arrival times for various leaders are outlined as follows:

- 07:00am: Logistics

- 10:30am: Outer Arena Event

- 11:30am: Venue Control

- 12:00pm: Creative Leaders

- 01:00pm: Admin, Ushering, Evangelism and VIP leaders

N.B: Key Co-ordinators you may or may not have different arrival times

Registration, Arrival & What to Bring

- Please make sure you bring your leaders tag as this is your entry to SEC as well as your RICE Leaders shirt

- If you did not attend RLC, receive your Leaders Shirt or pay for Registration, please make sure you bring $40 on the day to pay and pick up the shirt at registration.

- Remember to bring a bottle of water to keep hydrated and note that there may not be any secure areas to store your belongings, so please bring a small bag if you intent to bring one.

- When you arrive at SEC, please enter promptly via the back through the loading dock for registration.

Child Protection Forms

- Child protection forms must be filled out by each leader. Unfortunately RICE will not accept leaders who have not been accounted for with completed forms.

- If you have not filled this out, please do so here:

- Print this out and hand in at Registration on rally day.

Youth Group Videos

It would be really helpful if your youth could film a video about why they love youth group and RICE. This can be posted on youtube or your youth/church website and forwarded to RYS Secretary asap. These videos will be posted on the RICE website.

RICE Expo

- Please make sure you update the info from last year's expo file for your respective youth group and email this to RYS Secretary. If not done, your youth group will NOT be featured in this year's Expo online. (Expo document can be obtained from RYS Secretary)

- Also a reminder that it is the responsibility of youth leaders to bring in their youth group's expo poster to be placed on the walls at RICE Lounge

- This can include what your youth group does, where and when you meet and a few photos. A3 or A2 is fine.

You need to find your own parking as there is no parking on SEC premises. Here are a few suggestions.
