Frequent Asked Questions
1. Do I require ID or booking reference to pick up tickets? Yes, please show photo ID or ticket order
reference number/paypal receipt for ticket pick-ups, so there isn't any confusion when tickets are
collected.
2. Can I purchase tickets at the event? Yes, tickets will be available to purchase at RICEfever & RICErally.
RICEfever: Ticket purchases are available from 11:00am at the ticket desk near the entrance of Sydney
Showground.. RICErally: Tickets purchases are available at the Sydney Entertainment Centre Box Office
located on Harbour Street, Haymarket from 4:00pm to 6:30pm.
3. When will my tickets be delivered? Once your order & payment has been confirmed, your ticket(s) will
be delivered within 5 working days to your postal address.
5. What if I lose my tickets? You are responsible for keeping a copy of your ticket order in the case you
need to make any enquiries. RICE Youth Sydney (RYS) has a no refund or exchange policy for tickets.
Your ticket is your key to entry for the RICEfever & RICErally events. If you lose your ticket you will have to
purchase a new one at the full price of the event. So please don’t lose them!!!
6. When does Early Bird Combo Finish? Payment is required by 17th of July 2010 to be eligible for Early Bird
Combo prices.

About Ticket Pick Up Locations
- RICE Revolution: There will be a RICE YOUTH SYDNEY (RYS) desk set up near the UNSW Science
Theatre from 12:00pm to 1pm then after the conference from 5pm to 6pm.
- RICE YOUTH SYDNEY (RYS) Rehearsals: A ticket station will be set up 6:30pm to 9:30pm at St Anne's
Strathfield, 42 Homebush Rd, Strathfield NSW 2135 on the following dates:
- RICE Youth Rehearsal – 27th July
- RICE Youth Rehearsal – 10th August
- RICEfever: Ticket collection will be available from 11:00am at the ticket desk near the entrance of
Sydney Showground.
- RICErally: Tickets collection will be available at the Sydney Entertainment Centre Box Office
located on Harbour Street, Haymarket from 4:00pm to 6:30pm.
